Things to do in Oak Park

Oak Park sits just west of Chicago, reached in about 30 to 40 minutes on the Green Line or by Metra's Union Pacific West line from the Loop.

The draw here is architecture and literature rather than a broad activity list: Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studio, his Unity Temple nearby, and Ernest Hemingway's birthplace, all within walking distance of each other.
